Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Electro-Craft E19-2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Regal-beloit parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sew product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the DDS21W150D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CK50E1W1126A60RWF manufactured by Regal-beloit and we are pleased to be able to service most Regal-beloit systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DFT80N4BMG1HR by Manufacturer Sew as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Baumuller Brand DSG45S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Century such as D39081301 equipment made by Century have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Century products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Century" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CTF225 made by Eaton as well as the popular DSD028S44U605 original spares produced by Cloos

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DTMT120110 by Daito-Mfg.-Co. and D39081301 spares by Century are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D133 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Stoddard-Silencers.
